Web Design Only

Canine Computing will design the web site, but hosting and domain registration are maintained by the client.

Legal, End User Agreements, and Canine Computing Agreements

  • All hosting and domain registrations will be done though, and owned by Canine Computing
    • BYOH services are not included in this (they are still owned by the previous owner)
    • Agreements may be made to have the domain owned by the client, but then hosting must also be provided by the client.
    • All hosting done by Canine Computing will be hosted by 1 and 1 hosting (click the links on the left)
    • All sites hosted by Canine Computing will carry the Banner logo (usualy at the bottom)
    • All sites hosted by Canine Computing may also have small banners for referral programs, such as Amazon.com
      • These banners and ads will not be intrusive on the site (use our recent sites as an example).
      • All proceeds from the banner ads will go to Canine Compuing
    • Online merchant sites (such as CafePress) will be owned, operated, maintained by the client. All proceeds will also go to the client. Canine Computing offers no warranty or support for the sties, stores, or products offered and/or purchased though these sites.
      • The client must provice an accurate link or code to their store to CafePress (to place on the site).
    • All sites will be created and optomized for Microsoft's Internet Explorer. We cannot guarantee how they will look on other browsers.
    • The client may not edit or modify any site hosted though Canine Computing.
      • All editing must be done though Canine Computing - please contact us to have your site modified
      • There may be a fee to modify a site
    • Canine Compuiting cannot guarantee the availability of specific domains
      • Canine Computing will work with the clinet to find a suitable domain name if the first picks are not available
      • Canine Computing will offer .com, .net, and .org domains, other domains may be available at a higher cost.
    • All domain registrations and hosting agreements come with a one year contract that must be paid in full at the beginning of the contract.
  • BYOH:
    • BYOH is defind as "Bring Your Own Host"
      • The client supplies their own host and domain registration
      • The cleint pays for all hosting and domain registraion costs
    • Pages are sold as as-is
    • Sites are not guaranteed to be compatible with all hosting providers and Canine Computing is not responsible for securing compatibility with BYOH clients.
      • Please check with your hosting provider for compatibility
  • Payment agreements
    • All payments must be made in full before the site is hosted
      • Cash
      • Certified cashier's check
      • Check (site will be hosted, uploaded, or shipped) after the check has cleared)
        • There will be a non-refundable fee on all returned checks
  • Canine Computing does reserve the right to refuse any customer at any time for any reason.
    • Some reasons may include, but not be limited to:
      • Unethical use of the animals (product animal testing etc..)
      • Promotion of illegal activites
      • Non-payments
      • Falsely advertised animals
      • Instances where the animals are inhumanely treated, hurt, killed, etc..
    • Canine computing may also terminate the contract without refund if the site is refused after it is created.
  • Domains, domain tools, and domain sales
    • The buyer is responsible for all transfer fees, if applicable. Please contact your registrar for fees.
    • Unless otherwise stated, all domain sales are for the domains only, no web sites and do not come with guaranteed traffic.
    • There is no refund with the domain management tool. It is compatible with Excel versions 2000 to current. I cannot guarantee that it will work with older versions or other spreadsheet programs.
    • Devoloped websites, unless otherwise stated, do not come with guaranteed traffic or adsense revenue.
    • All domain sales are final. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the agreed sale and transfer codes / requests will go out within 24 hours of the payment being verified.
